Wedding Package

Your wedding package includes a full course dinner served on fine china, and linen to match your color theme.  We provide a choice of full table service, family style or buffet with competitive prices starting at $18.00 pp.

Table Service

 A full course meal includes a choice of salad, main course, bread and butter, dessert, coffee and tea.

Salad choices  

• Caesar, Greek, Garden with ranch dressing.

Main course

• Breast of Chicken with cream sauce

• Prime rib of Beef 

• Roast Beef

• 1/4 Roasted Chicken

Main courses are accompanied with a choice of potato (roaster, stuffed, or scalloped au gratin), rice or pasta, and vegetables

Dessert choices

• Cheesecake, carrot cake, crème caramel or maple pecan pie.  

Family Style dinners

Family style dinner is a mini buffet served at each table.  This kind of service is very popular for your guest doesn’t need to leave the table to get the food.  This style allows for a variety of foods to be served.  Price depends on the choices and number of dishes you desire. 

Sample menu:  Caesar salad, Bread and butter, Perogies, Cabbage rolls, Rice pilaf, chicken casserole, assorted desserts, coffee and tea.  Cost is $16.00pp.

Buffet style Dinner

A buffet style dinner includes a choice of two salads, two kinds of meats, one vegetable, and one starch, bread and butter, assortment of desserts, coffee and tea.  Price depends on the choices and number of dishes to be served.
